DO NOT !!!. I repeat DO NOT !!!. sign yourself to this agency at first I thought things were fine they supplied work on a quite regular basis but then the cracks started to appear in the operation you ask for holidays in advance that you are entitled to and find out the following week that you either haven’t been paid or they make up some shocking excuse for hours worked saying you are only entitled to percentage of hours even though you do a 40 hr week. I did however secure a full time position with the company that i was assigned to only to find out that the said company had awarded a back-dated pay rise to April of 2023 that I should of received and i have spoken to other colleagues who have had to take court action to solve this matter and others that are still fighting the claim to this date 02/07/24
You can do everything by the book ie a weeks notice and try to be informative but you are less than a pay roll number with this company .
Stay clear if I were you.!!!

Absolutely disgraceful. Left 2 months ago due to permanent contract, still waiting for p45, keep changing payroll companies with no notice, had time where doing payroll in-house with no payslip, nothing declared etc. A whole mess to clear up. Avoid at all costs

By far one of the best agencies in the area, if not Durham. Within 48 hours I was offered a job, working as a forklift driver, after months and months of trying on my own. Staff couldn’t be more friendly. Went above and beyond to help me. Wages were paid to me with zero hassle. Any questions I had were answered professionally and quickly. Will 100% use Aspen Wolf again in the future, without any hesitation. If I could give them 6 stars I would have.
