Lols a big time failure on behalf of their staff Firstly they arrange your tickets but do not provide you with your passport and tickets beforehand and call you on the same day in morning you people can imagine someone who is having flight at night is at the office from morning till late afternoon only to be tired with all their unprofessional staff and behavior specially the one who sits at counter 7, Secondly the behaviour is as if they are doing some kind of ehsan on us, All the review which you are seeing is been done by them only they take candidates mobile and post this reviews and photos. I would suggest if you are middle class and comes from outside Mumbai avoid this office.
