This is my closest post office and the location that delivers my mail at my apartment building. They have a pleasant staff when walking into the location but the mail carrier is unreliable at best. Quite often I get other people’s mail in my box and the box is left open when the carrier leaves. Definitely needs improvement. Would definitely not recommend leaving outgoing mail near your mailbox for the carrier to pickup. Go directly to the post office to mail.

I never received my Macys order after it showed package received @ Spark MD UPS facility. Then it says moved to USPS facility for delivery. That was Dec 4. The tracking number generated from USPS was Someone else’s old tracking number. So looks like the person who works at UPS or USPS kept the package and never delivered. Seems like they found a loophole to keep people’s packages. Nice Job! And may be a good team work. USPS should fire some people here!!!!

if I could put 0 stars, I would. Mail always gets LOST and put in my neighbor’s mailboxes. My neighbors complain about the same thing. Staff just reads whats on the computer screen, “Oh your mail isn’t with us”, and doesn’t care that my mail has left the Post Office when it should not because it always gets lost. Therefore, I requested it not to leave and the carrier still takes it. This has happened multiple times. 0 out of 0. Choose a better post office. Also, it is the SLOWEST Post Office. Never come here expecting fast service, because you will wait forever.
