I spoke with Somya Roy the other day but she seemed very uninterested while even talking to me. I thought the interview would be interactive but it was not at all interactive. She did ask me about my latest experience and when i told what all clients that I worked with Mindlance she immediately responded me back by saying those were not Pharma clients while its clearly mentioned in my resume that I have worked with Pharma sector not with Mindlance but its with Atlas. She asked me questions which seemed irrelavant/vague and didnt even allow me to explain myself. Also she said that she couldnt see iConsultera mentioned anywhere in my resume but i have clearly mentioned the clients name and have attached the latest version of my resume as well which was also attached to this email. The entire session she seemed to be uninterested and acted like she had to take the interview just for the sake of conducting an interview. I had even shared all my accolades on her request. I would like to respectfully request that your team refrains from conducting interviews that are not aligned with genuine hiring intentions. These interviews consume valuable time and effort for candidates who are sincerely seeking opportunities and preparing earnestly. Maintaining transparency and professionalism throughout the hiring process is essential for upholding trust and integrity within the professional community.
