EDIT: I will bump this to neutral. Kay (CEO) called and was very apologetic and kind. She owned the communication oversight that the position had been filled. I am still disappointed that Blake (account manager) felt I was unqualified. It was an accessibility engineering position for which I am well qualified and required Java Spring experience, which I have, even made a YouTube tutorial on it several years ago, but he was not convinced so I would like to know why. The State only accepts 1 candidate per agency though, and I wasn’t told that and so I missed an opportunity. Recruiter was so happy to submit my application for which I was qualified. A week later, I followed up and she said she had not submitted my application because of a component of the description her account manager did not feel I was qualified enough. Very untruthful, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. The least they could have done was (a) submit me anyway, or (b) tell me they weren’t going to submit me.

Got recruited to a company through Ash group. had good experience with recruiter Nick. He was replying for the queries in a timely manner. room for improvement: for scheduling call, setup a calendar based system instead of going back and forth with candidate and interviewers.

The Ash group got in contact with me back in 2019 when i was looking for a job , they got me a contract job in my field and thanks to them i have the best job I ever wanted !! Not sure why it has low stars , my experience with them was the best. 200% will recommended.
