Reasonable price! Safe area! 2 minutes to the subway! Incredibly cozy office! Even coffee with 3 types of milk are included in the price 😭🙏 Office is open 24/7! This is the best I managed to for this price! I can sit at the table, I can work on the sofa! Very comfortable! The office visitors are well-mannered! Thank you, Dear Team of Farm SoHo! 🙏❤️

I recently subscribed to the Hot Desk plan and have had a wonderful experience! The location is easy to find and the Kisi app is also easy to use to let yourself in. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and have everything you need. I was surprised to find an espresso machine! I have an online class in the evening and it was easy to find a sound-proof phone booth to join the class. The space is a little smaller than I expected, but is used efficiently and seems sufficient. I am happy with my purchase!

Booked day passes for myself and my colleague. I live in Brooklyn and they live in New Jersey so we had to find a suitable place in the middle. Luckily, The Farm was conveniently located next to good subway lines for the both of us. The day pass is excellent value at $29. The Kisi remote access app worked perfectly, the space was brightly lit with high ceilings, with an air filter going, and had plenty of space for us to work in community and in privacy without having to book a conference room. Also really nice that they provide free coffee and tea. We’ll definitely be working out of The Farm again!
