I went to the TEXAS office in Randol Mill 4 times already during business hours and its always CLOSED! I went yesterday morning on Tuesday Dec 19, 2023 door was closed, but sign said open from 1pm-4pm. I went back at 1pm and it was closed , went back at 3pm and sill CLOSED. Last week, the week prior, I went twice in the morning once at 8 the other at 11 and guess what …CLOSED. There’s a phone number on the door that never picked up. It hasn’t just happened to me also some of my friends, its really inconvenient and a waste of time. Do better TKO! I’m sure y’all are great some of my friends have found really good jobs here.

My husband went to the tko in Corinth ms. He signed up for a job at Ashley furniture warehouse. They gave him the address and told him to be there at 7am. The place is 45 minutes away so he left at 6am so he would be there on time. When he got there the security guard at the front desk said they were closed. He asked if this was Ashley furniture and the guard ignored him and told him to leave. There were no other warehouses in the area. He came home and said a woman named Brooke told him that she was waiting in the break room for him bit when I got home and checked his call logs he only had a missed call from his grandfather. After getting told me wheat happened I told him to call tko to get it figured out and Brooke told him that she talked to him twice and that she watched him walk through the doors but that she guessed that wasn’t him. So they asked him if he wanted to go back the next day but they didn’t fix anything. So he asked if they had anything in Corinth and they said they had keytronics. they said the pay was $12 an hour and told him the interview was on oct. 10th. After the interview we pulled up infrastructure of the building and a woman called him on the phone and yelled at him that he was supposed to go there after the interview. He said “I just pulled up ma’am I’m about to head inside.” She didn’t say anything else and hung up. He wrote his bank info down again even though they already had all his info and the woman at the counter yelled that she needed a voided check a bank statment or his phone to see the bank information. he had to walk back out to the car to show her his phone. He went to the keytronics job and that was a hot mess. (If you go to my reviews page i have a keytronic review up if you want to know what happend)). This agency is unproffessional. Do not work through them.
