Hello. I do not recommend the store. My wife and I ordered a Panda children’s bicycle. Fortunately, the order was placed via Allegro. The parcel arrived incomplete. Unfortunately, it was not possible to assemble the bike on time. I will add that it was a gift and my wife and I were put in an awkward situation. But no one cared. Contact with the customer service department is very difficult. Not much specific information. Whenever there is a problem, they refer you to writing a complaint via @ – no one knows anything and doesn’t care. We were promised a phone call regarding this matter – unfortunately we did not receive it. Summary Summarum, the missing elements were sent, but after some time (absurd – a photo of all the received parts, they don’t even know what they are sending to the customer). Fortunately, we made the purchase on Allegro and opened the POK store. The assembly instructions are very illegible and make little sense. Based on it, the store ordered us to identify the missing elements. Mockery. To save yourself the nerves, it’s better to choose another store.

Hello:)) In April 2017, I bought a swivel chair at the factory, which fell apart after two and a half months. Currently, the plant has informed me that the failure and damage was my fault and they do not want to accept the complaint. At the same time, I must mention that the chair was made sloppily, the welds were not cleaned, there were many chips, which I took into account after the purchase. Due to this situation, I was called and asked to change my opinion about the product. After this request, I withdrew from this opinion in good faith, and now no one wants to talk about the complaint and suggests that it is my fault that I used the chair incorrectly. I am asking potential customers not to purchase from this plant, the products are impressive at first glance, but that’s it pulling the wool over your eyes. Please do not purchase from this establishment

I do not recommend shopping with this company!!!! As long as the things they produce are nice and look solid, that’s where it ends! I bought a beautiful elephant bike, we all admired it. After 11 months of use, the bike broke down – the steel frame broke! I returned the bike under warranty and here are the stairs – information from them that they have been used incorrectly! mechanical damage – or overload – the child weighs 13 kg and the bike has a load capacity of up to 25!, or hit something! MASCARA On top of all this, of course, shipping costs are on my side. Not only is the bike costing PLN 170 broken, it also costs an additional PLN 50! I RECOMMEND SHOPPING, I know there are more such cases, THE COMPANY COMPLETELY DOES NOT RECOGNIZE COMPLAINTS, no matter what, they give a 24-month warranty just for the sake of it. SCAMMERS I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
