This was my first experience utilizing a recruiter during a job search. Had a relocation come up suddenly due to a job change for my wife and had to juggle my own job search with the coordination of the long-distance move. Upon my arrival in Tampa, Kim was one of a few recruiters who was helping me out with my search. We had one phone call a week prior in which I laid out my background and what I was looking for in a new position. Kim set up an interview for me with a great employer and then was able to negotiate the exact salary I was hoping to receive with an offer and additional vacation time that was not initially offered. Kim was a great help in making my job search less stressful while I dealt with getting the rest of my life set-up immediately following our move. I’m hoping that I don’t need to utilize the services of a recruiter again in the future, but if I do, Kim will be my first call. Highly recommended!

I can’t begin to express how happy I am. I have worked with Kim in the past and knew she was the perfect person to come to in a time of need. Being new to the Tampa Area when asking about staffing agency’s – Kim’s name was the first person that came to others mind. Walking into the office I was greeted by Christina who made me feel right at home. Any assistance that I may have needed I know I could contact anyone in the office. My experience with Kim and her company goes back many years. Kim helped me find a great job in 2009 and now, 9 years later, she has come through for me again surpassing anything I ever expected from a staffing agency!! I’d been in contact with two other agencies who told me they’d help me find something, but I pulled teeth with them just asking for updates because there had been no movement forward. Kim, on the other hand, kept in contact with me keeping me updated on firms that were hiring and sending me on interviews and assignments that were great matches for me! She again found me the most incredible position with a firm I couldn’t be happier to be a part of. Her perseverance, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for my well being was apparent in everything she did with me in mind. I cannot say thank you to Kim and her crew enough!!
