If I could give a negative review I would. Went in for a typing test ($20) and though their equipment was outdated, I got what I need. During my testing time I was distracted by 4-5 employees talking, laughing, and clapping hands in response to their conversation. Unprofessional!! Someone came out and asked if I needed help and when I said no they “apologized” for it being loud, I said VERY DISTRACTING and they said, “oh sorry” and walked away. The receptionist was the ONLY professional person in that building.

I had a wonderful experience with Esmeralda, Cristina, and staff. It was an outstanding experience from the beginning. From the moment we started, Esmeralda’s professionalism and dedication was evident. Her communication was spot on and she was prompt at answering any questions and concerns.
