Don’t recommend due to lack of professionalism!!! When you apply they say they will test you on competency questions from the areas in the document they give you e.g resilence but this wasn’t accurate so they make you prep wrong. It’s funny because prior to that they say it’s a relaxed conversation. It is deceitful. In addition i believe they weren’t happy that I wouldn’t necessarily take an offer from a school following the completion of a placement if I had other plans. Unlike other agencies they probe deeply into any gaps on your CV even if it was 10.years ago! Your better off with more professional agencies like NELTA or best practice.
