This company is a family run business, most important point is that, Rishi sir, CEO trust people from bottom to up and he believes people must behave like leaders irrespective of their position, to grow in an organization.
He puts maximum efforts to bring transparency for that ARK keeps conducting Employee satisfaction survey, town halls and allows people to bring in areas of improvement.
Every feedback is generally answered no matter, whosoever has asked it.
This company has grown like a professional company, having stronger ethics and compliances in place, has been improving on top line and bottom line every passing year.
ARK never look short term game irrespective of size of investment required in people or technology to bring ease to employee’s life.
I know this will grow like branded distribution company where OEMs may prefer to choose ARK due to fairer relations and repo in market.
Yes, your manager has a lot to do with your success, and work life balance, not only in ARK, just everywhere, choose a right manger, Rest will be taken care by ARK 😇.

Nice Place To work, worked leass then a year but good learning and growth, flexible hours, salary on time, trip once in a year mostly goa trip. good HR Department, and i worked under Rashmi Tandon and Ankit Agarwal supervision, Rashmi mam is a kind hearted lady very supportive, and thanks mam for encourage me. but Ankit agarwal is a fake guy, he forced me indirectly to resign myself from ARK. but Thanks to also him that’s why now i am getting good hike and having more responsibility in my current organisation. But Overall good company. 🙂
