Hardly a company isn’t currently recruiting. As an expert, Elisabeth Babnik is familiar with the background and understands what many companies still don’t understand: employees no longer apply to the company, but the other way around. In short: employees are, from the very beginning, customers, and, just like them, have needs, desires, and fears. If they experience that the company treats them honestly as equals and acts according to values they support, they are more likely to feel attracted and want to be part of something positive. It’s impressive when this leads to not every applicant who meets the competency requirements but not the company’s code of values (and vice versa) being invited to an interview.
