I was struggling to find a job for months, and when i applied for a job through Ardent, my agent, Kerry, worked so hard to get me the job i am currently at! She was amazing through the whole process and worked so hard for me to get a job! She is absolutely amazing and i am grateful for her everyday for finding me a job that i absolutely love! Ardent staffing is amazing, they go above and beyond for there clients! Thank you guys so much!!

Kerry wasn’t helpful. Had an interview/ team call regarding a position I was interested for and was supposed to follow up regarding this the role I was applying for. I followed up with Kerry, through our emails sounds like she didn’t bother giving my application to the company.
You have to chase the recruiter. Such a waste of time. There services are awful. You are better off applying directly to the company and following up with them.

From the perspective of a client (employer) who needed help with our open positions, I have never worked with a staffing agency as good or professional as Ardent. Daphne, Joe, Chris and everyone I interacted with were the utmost professionals and genuinely wanted to help fill our roles. They don’t operate like other “big” agencies I’ve worked with. They care, and they want to do things the right way. They want to get to know our workplace, our managers, and really understand what we need. Cannot recommend Ardent enough for employers looking to fill manufacturing roles, from the front line to senior leadership and everything in between!
