As a Facilities Manager, working in the Seattle area, I work with vendors and contractors on a regular basis. And I can honestly say I have never worked with a less profecinal company then Archer Construction.
We had Mike M. out to collect information needed to prepare a bid to retrofit our fire saftey system with a “Pre-check system”. On arrival, Mike seemed to be less than confident in regards to the information he supplied regarding the pre-check system. He also seemed to be better at finding issues and reasons why our request could not be met, instead of finding soulutios. Refrencing things like the high cost associated with the installation, and the time it will take to get through permiting. Still, at the end of the day I was told to expect to receive a bid from Mike, within “two weeks”
After several weeks of hearing nothing from Mike/ Archer Construction, I reached out Mike to request an ETA.
At that point I was told the bid was still being prepared. After another two weeks of hearing nothing from Mike/ Archer Construction, I called into the office to request an ETA on the bid.
A woman who did not give her name answered the phone. I explained that I was calling to fallow up on a bid request and to ask for an ETA. Thats when the woman who answered the phone cut me off to say “we dont have any bid request for you” and then hung up on me before I could say another word. I called back, thinking maybe we had gotten disconnected, but the same woman answered, heard my voice, then hung up on me again. I called back, but this time the woman didn’t even answer, she just picked the phone up and then hung up without saying a word…
Trully terrible service. I would never recommend using this company.
