Disgusting excuse for a Healthcare system. It’s all about the money , not the patients. I get it though, they need the money to pay off all the lawsuits for the sex abuse. Christian compassion? Oh please. These people are worse than any non-religious organization. The people at the top need some serious spiritual reflection about their humanity.

Horrible started March 1 they have me walking around with a a swelling face toothache for 2weeks. Over 20 calls to archcare no help. Spoke to my worker she dont know anything ! Almost 30 days later still no dental until April 1 . Do not go with this plan you will but your health at risk!

Hello Corporate: You must remove the “C” in MLTC. Care requires coordination with a team. I am a home visit physician. What is your policy on managing nurses returning calls from physicians? Is it optional to return my call? 4 days and counting assume my purpose is not important. Team 12B Kelly Roberts. I need to speak to her regarding the need of my homebound patient. She needs to listen to me because you are being paid by tax payer via CMS to provided CARE.
