Amazing gym, everyone is so welcoming and friendly and I have never felt uncomfortable. My trainer Charlie has worked with me through lockdowns, injury and illness and has never wavered in his confidence in me. So much more personal than your main steam, franchised gyms.

This gym has really changed my mind about what a gym can actually be. The community base they have built has lots of different types of people and the company revolves around it’s support and acceptance of them. There is a wide array of equipment available (salmon ladders/acrobatic swings/a huge variety of weights….) and it’s easy to find you way around.
Charlie, my PT, has an awe-inspiring work ethic and you can tell he applies passion to each aspect of teaching/training. Marley is a fun-loving operator who always makes people feel at home. Anyone will find this a better alternative to conventional franchise gyms.
Great gym, great people. Get down there.

Moving to Arcadium HQ to change up my training and intensity was a great decision. The sense of community is un-matched anywhere else I’ve been, between Marley, Charlie, Jarvis and the Arcadium HQ members – it’s welcoming, fun and competitive.
I’ve been training with Charlie for over a year and cannot recommend him enough, no matter your goals. His knowledge, experience and willingness to always be teaching makes him the guy you want in your corner. “There is no destination, only the journey” – Charlie.
