Whilst I was actively looking for work Martin from Aptus Recruitment found my CV on a job board and contacted me about a post. Before he mentioned the job he asked me questions and actually took an interest in what I wanted to do for my career. Deciding that I was a good match and that the job was a good match for me we went forward and sent in my CV. I was offered an interview which I was nervous and concerned about but Aptus gave me loads of interview tips and advice which was extremely useful to me and definitely played a part in me getting offered the role. A few weeks later I’ve now got the job and it’s a perfect opportunity. So I thank Aptus and Martin very much for helping me get a great job.

Shaun Rudden has helped us with several positions and sourced some superb candidates who we ultimately employed in both the technical and sales teams.
I found it particularly refreshing to work with a consultant who went above and beyond what I have experienced elsewhere.
