Actually after the initial consult the apprenticeship support office has one major problem.
There’s actually no support offered.. after countless emails and telephone calls ignored by this office I’m surprised it can stay open.
Charlotte has to be the worst person here because she’s constantly unavailable.. in a meeting or possibly on the moon will be the next excuse.
I have never seen such a badly run ignorant facility as this one . If any other company ran like this it would be fined or closed for incompetence
Likely you and the staff have cost a young person their apprenticeship you’ve been totally in efficient and ruined someone’s chance at a career with an establishment that needed an apprentice..

I have been dealing with Apprenticeship Support for many years now and consistently they have provided professional and friendly support to my business and also to my apprentices. I recommend these guys for sure to anyone who asks. Thanks team keep up the great work!! 🙂

WARNING!!
Do not bother with this company either as an apprentice or as an employer.
This is the most incompetent company I have ever come across.
They offer no support what so ever.
I got signed up months ago by the time the bloke got back to his office they had my name wrong and put through my paper work for the complete wrong course.
I’ve spoke to numerous different people there and they all tell you different stories it’s genuinely laughable how pathetic this mob is.
I have launched a complaint through commerce wa and whilst I attend tafe I will ask as many apprentices as possible their dealings to launch a class investigation into this company.
Either fleecing the government or they are fleecing us as apprentices.
Should be ashamed of yourselves
Probably explains why so many of your staff have left.
