Absolutely fantastic company and technology! Very easy-to-use and setup, with powerful outcomes for my business, and excellent support! I’d highly recommend the Flowcode platform for QR codes, and the analytics provide awesome insights!

I’ve used flowcode for my business for years and have always been happy with it until now. I created a flowcode, tested it, printed it, tested it again, and then printed all the copies I needed, and then tested it again. I recently went to put it on another flyer and tested it before I did to make sure I was using the current one(can you tell I’m a little neurotic?). It didn’t work. Thinking I may have had the wrong one I tested my first flyer and the code directly from my assets page and they all came up with the same error. I have since emailed, texted, and left voice messages with customer support and there has been zero reply. Now I’m left with posters that have to be re-printed and re-dispersed. This may not seem like a big deal for some but as a small, non-profit arts company, it’s a huge deal. I’m so disappointed I don’t even know what to say.

Terrible communication. My QR code stopped working and I have contacted customer support services several times and have only received one message in response. It has been days since I’ve heard back from anyone.
