Facing the same issue as others from the time I have taken contract they have always failed to provide replacement. They go missing with not responding to you. They have charged me 15000/- but have failed to meet their terms and conditions of providing a replacement in 2 days. Great way to earn money These maid agencies should have strict laws otherwise they wil continue to cheat people

They do not provide maid and replacement as promised. It’s a scam. Unprofessional at it’s finest. Best to stay away from this agency. Prasad and Shraddha are absolutely unprofessional and both are frauds. I took a membership with maid agency AP enterprises for 7,000/- for house maid to help with cooking and cleaning at home, the contract date is from 02nd September 2024 to 02nd March 2025 however the maid provided left the service within 15 days of joining stating family reasons and the agency is now not answering to my calls and messages. The agency could not provide any alternate maid and have agreed to refund my fees of 7,000/- but now they are not answering to my calls and messages and did not refund my money.

Its a trap. Agency with false promises. I have taken a baby sitter from this agency which left within 2 months of joining as soon the agency got its full payment. It’s been 25 days now and no maid has been provided which can be frustrating for anyone. Maid leaves giving reasons like health issue and family issue so they don’t have to serve the notice of 15 days as promised by the agency and agency will also favour the maid not their customer who have paid brokerage to agency and salary to maid. For name sake they will send few replacement profile of maids who will never join. Don’t fall in trap of this agency.
