Kimbri Johnson is absolutely amazing! I’ve engaged in therapy off and on several times over the years trying to find the right match to help support me through mental challenges. I’m thankful to say that I’ve finally found a great therapist and now understand what effective therapy feels like. The previous review really depicts how powerful finding the right therapist can be. I have been to many different therapists over the years, but never one quite like Stephanie. She is extremely intuitive and quickly connects with people in such a profound way. After one session you will see that she truly cares about her clients, has a rare gift, and loves what she does. She introduced me to ART (you can learn about it on her website) which is an amazing tool for treating (complex) PTSD. One session of that had a life changing impact on me, however she will use whatever modality you are most comfortable with. I feel that words are inadequate to express how helpful, dedicated, knowledgeable and COMFORTING Stephanie is. Give yourself the gift of feeling better. If you suffer with anxiety, depression and/or PTSD – from my experience – I can not recommend anyone more emphatically, I was very impressed and am truly grateful. You can feel better!!

I have struggled with anxiety and depression my whole life, and a few years ago it all came to a head when I spent years addicted to drugs after a heavily abusive relationship and incurred trauma related to being a female addict in the drug world. 2.5 years later I am sober and working on healing every day- I saw MANY different therapists during this time, and meany before that growing up, but Ms. Stephanie was undoubtedly my favorite! She is an empath to the core and I immediately felt I could open up to her. I can honestly say I think she could make ANYONE feel comfortable opening up to her, no matter your background, identity, or belief system. Sometimes we just talked, sometimes she walked me through different therapy modalities, but she always asked what I wanted from the sessions on any given day and how much I could handle. Some days, I would walk away exhausted, feeling like I ran a marathon, and slept for 12 hours straight- only to wake up RELIEVED. My biggest achievement during my time with her was to get relief from Post Traumatic Stress flashbacks that were keeping me up all night for years- she gave me the gift of GOOD SLEEP! For me, there is no greater gift. It took weeks of work, but she got me there!
