they think little of everyone and use a bully culture to put control on others and constantly lie if you work there for a week or less you’ll notice it trust me it does not get better some sound people to work with and quality shift managers but higher up little to no good qualities. I went in to apply to be an air-side driver Dan informed me they would need to apply for the air-side pass and that would take a while so asked me to do security for a time I agreed seemed like a good deal get some work and show my worth 4 months down the line they inform me they need more documents to apply for the air-side turns out they never started begin to blame me for not having getting a new DBS form for them luckily I was beginning to volunteer for Mind who wanted an advanced one so I was able to use that 2 more months down the line they said they sent off the documents another month they were not telling me anything so I handed in my resignation with a weeks notice. Better not dealing with them lots more to say about them and two of their managers in particular sharma and nic with their attempts to bully others alongside myself also the incompetence as a company as whole. ps I learnt a valuable lesson for myself so one star is deserved for that also my name is Matthew Rigby again feel free to ask any questions I’ll tell you who the good one’s are there if god forbid you have to work there
