I had a disappointing experience during the interview process.The hiring Recruiter Marta Radomska – I interviewed on April 22nd and was promised I would receive feedback within one working day. However, over a week has passed without any response, despite my multiple follow-ups via email and phone. This lack of communication shows a disregard for candidates’ time and effort, which is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of both the recruiter and the management. If this is how they manage their hiring process, I can only imagine the level of internal disorganization. The communication has been poor, and there seems to be a complete lack of accountability, which is very disappointing.
