Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with AMS’s telephone customer service. Several times the conversation was simply ended without my concerns being clarified. In addition, I receive contradictory information from various employees, which makes it difficult to clarify my situation. It would be very helpful if communication were improved and consistent information was guaranteed. Telephone contact was supposed to be a support, but at the moment I find it very tedious. I hope that improvements will be made here so that customers can be served more efficiently in the future.
