When I request information, I am consistently referred to travel agencies, who in turn redirect me to Global FM Company. This appears to be a widespread issue, affecting many individuals beyond just my brother. As I have been diligently following up with your office, I am disappointed to find that no progress has been made from your end. Regrettably, I am left with no alternative but to escalate this matter further. Sincerely, I have included a voice note from another person as evidence. Shiva Bleow mail conversation Dear Khadar, Ref: Sures Kumar Sivarajan I have spoken to you today regarding my brother’s employment situation with Glopl FM Company in Kuwait, which was arranged through Sai Travel – Thiruvarur. His supervisor there is Basim. We’re facing a few serious issues that need your immediate attention. It’s been over five months, and he still hasn’t received his Kuwait license. Because of this, he was only allowed to drive within the office for the first two months. More importantly, there’s a significant discrepancy between the promised salary and what he’s actually receiving. During the recruitment process, you clearly stated a salary of KWD 230. However, he’s only being paid KWD 190. After expenses, he’s left with a mere KWD 130 in savings. That’s a far cry from what was agreed upon. You also assured us that the Kuwait license would be processed within two months. It’s been five months, and we’re still waiting. The lack of communication and progress on both the salary and license issues is unacceptable. Now, they’re asking him to take on security guard duties, which is not what he signed up for. He’s a Kuwait returnee and was hired for a different role. We need a clear and immediate response from the company regarding these issues. If these problems are not resolved promptly, we demand a full refund and his immediate return to India. Otherwise, we will be forced to consider further action.
