Hello Job seekers ,
I recently had an opportunity to interact with this Amor consultant. Based on my prior experiences and feedback from my friends , I have noticed that they are often unresponsive to calls or inquiries from job seekers. Their approach seems to predominantly prioritise employers, which, in my view, overlooks the importance of respecting candidates as valued customers in their profession.
I found their conduct to be somewhat lacking in professionalism, with a tendency towards being unclear and, at times, even manipulative in their approach. Engaging with them has been a rather challenging and perplexing experience.
The senior person in the organisation seems to have limited time to thoroughly understand the candidates’ experience, skills, and aspirations.
