When they contact you for a position, they will place you in their database and spam you almost every day. Most of the time for positions you’re not even interested in.
When there is something interesting, you will have to have several internal conversations with Amon itself before you even have the opportunity to go talk to the company.
Save yourself the problems, and just use a different company that understand what a candidate wants.

Calling directly without prior contact (where did they get my telephone number from?) and immediately providing an explanation is something I have never experienced with recruiters. I’m not even looking.
