The worst HOA I’ve ever had to deal with. Their record keeping is atrocious. They once sent me a bill for $39 dollars which was supposedly charged 6 years ago. Asking them to do their jobs in regards to maintaining my community gets no response.
Eric Johnson won’t even answer his phone or emails. The secretary I think has a mental disability. She can’t even attach a document to an email. Please go through their reviews and see the level of incompetence. They also hide behind a closed door during business hours. I guess even they feel shame for being bumbling liars.

As someone that has experience with many different management companies, AMGI is a great, cost effective management company if you want a management company willing to get “in the weeds” with board members about issues, especially in with repair, maintenance, and insurance costs increasing. Management with these issues has only gotten more complex since HOA dues must increase to cover these basic costs. What you see in most reviews are issues, which of course happen, but keep in mind, typically people happy with services do not take the time to post positive reviews.

Terrible. The absolute worst. They don’t manage property ,they just steal your money. It wouldn’t allow me to put zero stars. The picture below is how they care for our property.
