Applying to American Pro Staffing has been a refreshing experience in a world of job hunting. From the very first contact, I was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. The process was smooth. American Pro Staffing made what can often be a stressful process feel seamless and supportive!

H.E.O…. After telling me they had plenty of work, this place took all my info and I.Ds and told me they “would be in touch soon” …. never heard back from them. 6 months go by, i finish a big money pipeline project and remember how they never reached out despite all the work they had. Call them and get transferred 3 times while im mid sentence finally to Terra who basically in a round about way tells me because i dont have a cdl driver license i can’t be on any of their sites as an operator. Keep in mind this is a operator position NOT a driving position. Ive run ALOT of iron in my time, and NEVER been denied a job based off of not having a license because YOU DONT NEED ANY LICENSE TO RUN A BULLDOZER OR EXCAVATOR ! And just because you have a “certification” from a school(which i dont have) also doesnt mean you are a good operator. I know damned good operators in my county that’s been operating 50 years and can hold dead nuts grade just using stakes and eyeballing it no Trimble or TopConn, they would LAUGH if someone told them what American Pro told me you needed to have ! Talk about gaslighting.

Been with the company for about 4 years. Communication, job placement and pay is second to none. I’ve had the opportunity to work in several states, learn new skills and gain multiple certifications that they paid for! Excellent company.
