Tania Cotter was my boss and it was a terrible experience. She was always prying into my personal life and made my experience working at AMN an absolute hell. I heard she got demoted recently and that makes me very happy. AMN does not care at all about their employees. It’s an incredibly toxic workplace and you’re pretty much a glorified telemarketer. Absolutely horrible place to work.

AMN has been an amazing company for me. I have been here almost 4.5 years and wake up every day excited to work. My hiring leaders, I partner with, my leadership, and my colleagues make what I do so special. The mission and care I received as an AMN employee are best-in-class.
