I have been with Chesapeake Medical Staffing for a little over two years and it has been the best decision I have made. Working with a smaller company enables me to have a more intimate relationship with my recruiter. Samantha R. is my recruiter and she has been nothing less than stellar. She is very responsive, patient and she is willing to keep searching until she finds the answer to my question. She calls me at least once a week or shoots me a text to make sure that I am doing OK and is always willing to listen to me about any concerns I may have. I can’t express enough gratitude for her support.

Terry W and others in the HR department went above and beyond to assist me with getting my flu shot documentation completed. They were extremely professional and very supportive. Terry stayed positive and cheerful throughout the whole ordeal. She helped ease my anxiety about not getting the form completed in time for my upcoming shift l truly appreciated all of the positive communication.

I have been working for AMS since November 2021. My recruiter Sam R is phenomenal. She is quick to update me with any news from my contract location, and we have a great working rapport. If I have any concerns at all, I know she is just a call or text away. On the off chance that I don’t reach her right away, she is sure to return my call or text same day, usually within the hour. I highly recommend AMS for travel nursing and especially Sam R as a recruiter.
