It was one of my dream places that I have worked in till now…such colleagues, more friends than leaders and mentors, some were so so great influencers, the owner of the company was such a talented motivating fatherly hero, such workplace, more a family…very very lovely employee friendly aesthetic persons there, with all times boosters, backups. However whatever workplace I may work presently or in the near future, this will be a dream place for me, I will always miss you my dear friends, mentors, will miss you sir.

I have worked in this company for 11 months. Undoubtedly a very good place for a fresher to learn. I myself learned a lot. My manager, Priyanka, she was undoubtedly helpful.
Very poor at finance structure. Employees are not paid what they deserves. Always looks for a reason to deduct salary. Null employee benefits and poor incentive structure! I gave 13 joinees but hardly got any incentive for that.

I have worked in this organization for around 8-9 months. Good organization to be trained at. I have learnt a lot about IT recruitment from here. The manager is very helpful and provide proper guidance. But not the right place work for a long term basis. The only constrain about the company is the financial part. No growth in terms of money and always looking for chances to deduct salaries. Incentive structure is not at all clear. The company wants to perform with limited resources.
