Beware of using their services. They are simply mismanaged bunch of folks working here. I received one of their HR exec call about the openings in Mumbai, after discussing the expected CTC they assured me that the company is open to offer the ECTC, agreeing to that I was called for an interview. After giving 1 hour aptitude test I waited approx 30 mins for the second round of interview, the company HR straightaway asked for the ECTC after mentioned she denied saying that they have X number of budget and won’t be able to give the expected salary, here she kept blaming the Achievers Consultancy whereas the consultancy Head Ms. Deepika she kept blaming the company. In all this chaos I was the victim of these two, wasted my time in going for the interview and appearing for the test. Whereas these folks kept blaming each other, think twice before using their services, they are not at all serious about their work. No work ethics no proper communication. Simply negligence and making fool of the candidates.
