We paid $445 for one night at this hotel and were extremely disappointed. The window shades wouldn’t come down, leaving us fully exposed to the parking lot, with no privacy whatsoever. We were given no alternative—no other room, no curtain fix, nothing. We were forced to take a sheet off one of the beds and shove it into the valance just to block the view and have some sense of privacy. This is not what you expect from any hotel, let alone one charging nearly $450 a night. The room also lacked basic amenities like a shower mat, making the bathroom feel cheap and uncomfortable. The entire experience was underwhelming and frustrating. For the price, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. Poor service, no accountability, and a room that didn’t meet even basic expectations. We won’t be staying here again and do not recommend Aloft Mountain View.

Nice clean comfortable rooms. Good location. Rooms boring and not much to offer throughout the hotel. Not sure what happened to hotels in general in America, they are bad. No welcome, no thank you, not even anything for their most loyal guests. Why provide coffee machines without providing any water??? Overall hotel trend in America is expensive and bad in my opinion.

We stayed at this property last weekend. The property is dated and one that has been converted into an Aloft. Location very central. Service for breakfast is really poor, very unprofessional. Had to wait for them to make decaf coffee. Hallways carpets musty and stained. Common area ac’s were not working. Elevator creeks when going up or down. Front desk staff on weekends very unprofessional and borderline rude. Definitely needs property improvement to continue as a Marriott brand.
