When my family found ourselves needing to care for a loved one in a hospice situation; we had an immediate need for assistance. We had been approved for hospice care but it took almost two weeks for it to fully kick in, and at that it was only going to provide a few hours per week. They worked with us to provide the level of care we needed. I have worked in healthcare for over 30 years. While I am not a direct caregiver I have worked with many of them over the years and the Alpha O Staffing exceeded my expectations. Their staff were very professional, helpful, and informative. The owner is one of the most gracious ladies I’ve ever met and she was instrumental in providing a solution for us.
