When working for this temp agency you are predominantly dealing with arrogant, immature & incompetent allocations staff. This agency doesn’t believe in monitoring their staff and they are pretty much the gate keepers of the day to day running of the agency. Reporting unprofessional behavior to management is impossible due to this reason and the agency does not provide you with a clear line of management for complaints. They slot you into shifts that are cancelled once you arrive at the designated care facility, which is an extreme waste of your time and money. They also pay you using incorrect pay rates, adjust your time sheets without your consent and could not care less about giving you any assistance or support. Steer clear of this mess of an agency!

Highly unprofessional agency I have ever worked with. I was forced to pick up shifts and when I didn’t pick up any shifts for a week or two, I was terminated without any notice. When I called them to ask what happened the staff was very rude and unprofessional and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. I would never recommend this agency to anyone.
