This agency has really stepped up to the plate with caring for the elderly and disabled in Maine. They have good communication with my family member receiving home care services from a certified personal support specialist. She always speaks fondly of her like another family member. We are so thankful for the service! I had made it so my family can visit her and enjoy our time knowing gram is well! This has not been the same experience at other agencies unfortunately. I have worked as a CRMA and PSS for Allmed in facilities and it was an awesome experience. I know work in the Augusta office as the Services Liaison Supervisor and I have the privilege of meeting so many amazing home care clients and the staff we hire are top notch. Don’t ever work for AllMed Staffing of New England I called and respectfully asked for my pay stubs and they told me they didn’t know how to get them and no one was there to help me. Then I remebered I had an online account for payroll so I could receive my own pay stubs. I find it quiet unprofessional to be told they don’t know help me get my pay stubs when they could have just reminded me about my online portal. Pam is a amazing but the people in the office who she choices to hire are very mean and unprofessional. I worked for them for 2 and a half years. Shannon in the office makes it very hard for all med to run on professional level. Which is sad because they used to be my favorite company. But you live and you learn.
