We have found Allies Supported Employment to be such a great support for our son, who has Asperger’s. Hayden, who is the CEO of the company, personally got involved in teaching my son how to prepare for a job interview as well as many other necessary life skills that he needed to learn. Hayden was so patient and kind with my son and taught him at a pace that was comfortable for him. We could tell that Hayden really wanted our son to gain meaningful employment, so he could feel successful in life. Without Allies Supported Employment my son would not have been able to find a full time position in computer coding. We highly recommended this company to anyone who needs some additional assistance, due to mental health challenges, in obtaining work.
