I was contacted by a recruiter and then subsequently passed off to Ryan Richard, a director at this firm that calls itself a recruiting and professional services agency. I spent an hour speaking with him about a role with Ferrell Gas. With the all too familiar promises of follow up, it has now been over a month and I have not heard anything from Ryan. Zero. I have made three attempts to get an update from him – all met with silence. The Google reviews and overall rating of this firm tell you everything you need to know. Stay away. I will never do business with this firm. Despite the rapid decline of integrity in recruiting firms like this one, there are still a few good ones left. This certainly isn’t one of them and problem is systemic within this company’s culture. Ryan, shame on you. You should be better and you know it. But, you’re just making it easier for the good recruiters out there. Enjoy your long slog to the middle.
