Extremely disappointed with my experience at this agency. I worked for them consistently, but had ongoing issues with receiving my pay. In the first week, I wasn’t paid at all until I followed up and received an e-transfer after speaking with someone at the company site. The fourth week, the same issue happened—I was only paid after contacting the supervisor and HR again.
Most recently, I was paid for only 11.75 hours instead of the full 43 hours I worked. On top of that, it took over 4 weeks just to get set up on Dayforce to check my pay stubs. Even then, I was told I wouldn’t receive proper pay stubs if I accepted e-transfers, which is unprofessional and unacceptable.
The company I worked at confirmed they sent payments to the agency, but the agency consistently failed to pay me properly and on time. This has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I do not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable and fair work. Be cautious.

OK so far ..my first pay after two weeks was late .didn’t come in until Friday afternoon at 530pm!!!! Ridiculous and unacceptable..and ambler is joke!!! Seems like everyone has to do the work ..thier payroll app don’t work if you don’t have a computer ..wich is old method ..I have galaxy 21 phone and works similar if not better than home PC. . They tell me this is structured method …seriously??? But can’t get payroll figured out ..not a good first impression. Would highly recommend going to express employment in pickering..they have thier own app ..that actually works properly..and just submit your hours on app end of week ..done !! Plus you can see your hours on app as well…ags is most difficult agency I’ve dealt with .
