I have been working with this agency for nearly two years . It is great working with them they demonstrate a blend of professionalism, great interpersonal skills and diligence. This reflect I believe the positive attitude of the director and her abilities to lead a team successfully. She add to credit , excellent listening and communications skills which is important for us nurses. Above all they are fair , reliable and treat nurses with respect. Could not ask for more .

I have been working with Allied and Clinical; have had a good and wonderful experience with most members of the team. They are very; very supportive. Especial Shafinaz Sophie and Anisa who have been taking their time and efforts to book all my shifts. Shaf your support doesn’t go without noticed. You work hard even when you are physically unwell. Recently you were booking my shifts even when you were unwell.

I can write thousand words on how wonderful this company is; from their consultants to the owner. As a staff employed for nearly a year I can vouch on how dedicated the team is. From the organised recruitment process to the various shifts made available to me. I feel so blessed to be able to work with a team that makes me feel appreciate, where I can vocalised any worries I may have and to feel supported with any future paths I may take. Shafinaz (the owner) really do go over and beyond for you: to the late night calls to make sure I made it home safe and the reliable 24 hours support line.
