Was able to get a job and get started somewhere with in a week! Tina was always so helpful and nice when I needed anything. It was my first time working with a staffing agency and I had no issues. I was able to get hired on with the company they placed me with and I’m so happy to have worked with them. Tina is a delight and worked hard for me

I never thought about writing a review about no company ever but I’m a good worker and when I was working at a company alliance put me at they was not supportive there at all. It was also another agency working there and every time holidays came around the other temp agency ppl came to support their workers, they never show up for nothing and communication with them is terrible. The company I was working for told me they would always try to get in touch with alliance when we had events but they didn’t care to come or even acknowledge the good workers they had mind y’all it was only 2 of us working with alliance at this company and the rest of the warehouse was randstad people which is why I soon moved over to be with the randstad company instead. I tried to update my address with Tina right after I left with them and she told me she put it in obviously they were upset because of the way I left but I DONT CARE and then I called just yesterday to make sure it was in and a guy picked up the phone and he told me they still had my old address on file smh theses ppl are so ridiculous it’s a shame.. Very unprofessional at its finest.. I will never refer nobody to them at all. I don’t even want to give 1 star because they deserve NONE.

From Tina to Shanna this company has to be the most unorganized and do not support their employees by no means necessary. I highly advise no one ever works here. Give them 1 star is nice enough. I will never work here ever again.
