Bad agency Kris Ridley none responsive to messages told I was working all week then turned upto be told I’m not in today took him 3 weeks to open the message via what’s apps wages are always incorrect and chasing them every week holiday pay is never payed also

Registered with this company , January 2021 – I was offered work covering for the school 6 weeks holiday period with a local authority within the Teesside area. I showed up at the local authority, not only on time – but early. Only to be kept waiting by the employer, it turned out that the agency had forgotten to carry out the DBS checks – so the employment wasn’t able to commence. The role had involved call handling and logging, due to a hearing impairment (hearing aid user), I wasn’t sure I would be suitable. However, as the position was only for holiday cover, I had nothing to lose – trail run, see how I managed. The agency phoned later, asked yet again for my proof of identity and said that they would carry out the DBS checks. I never heard from them again.
