American allstars is fine for younger kids but awful for Team gymnastics as its very toxic. Coach T specifically is the worst. They instill no confidence in the girls and are not willing to help if someone is stuck on a skill. My daughter won multiple meets including states…she was awarded a champion leo, when she wore it to practice, the coach said I didn’t know you won. My daughter felt awful. We are changing gyms this year. Of course when we quit, not one of the three coaches said good-bye…after 5 years! Also, be careful of signing up for camps..if you cancel you only get a credit, you cannot get your money back. Awful, stay away if you want a strong and confident child

They let my daughter do whatever she wants to work on using the mats and is very nice and spots. There also in the camps is a snack break and if you get hurt they let you sit, My daughters friend wanted to work on her front handspring and they helped her achieve her goal. They also are very positive and really help out. They also let you strech and seperate into groups by level and so you can work on more your level skills. They also have a veiwing at the end of camp to let us parents watch what are kids have learned. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!! P.S for tumbling

Our daughter has been going to American Allstars since she was six years old (she is now 13). I cannot say enough about the wonderful coaching staff and how much they have supported and encouraged my daughter. They have transformed our quiet and shy little girl into a confident young lady, who now competes as part of the American Allstars Excel team. American Allstars runs a very professional competitive gymnastics program. Coaches always communicate clearly with parents and students so everyone knows what is expected. The coaches care about their athletes and often go the extra mile either by making personalized posters for each of their gymnasts before a big meet or by giving pep talks to help calm nerves before a competition. Coach Amy, Coach T and Coach Courtney are truly dedicated and caring coaches!! We are so grateful we found American Allstars!!! It is the best!!!
