I have used Labor Finders to help with staffing needs and temporary help for years! Mark, Keshia and staff are friendly, professional, and efficient in finding help when you need it. They do a great job of communicating with you on who you are getting, and make sure the person they are sending you will fill the needs you are looking for. I have asked for help multiple times with very short notice and they always find a way to supply me with someone! I highly recommend contacting them if you are needing any temporary or full time position filled. I have worked with multiple temp agencies but this branch is second to none!

I am rating 1star because since 2020 I’ve contacted this place a few times and every time the female that answers the phone is rude. I’ve gone in there took an hour to do paperwork because I asked over the phone if they had available warehouse work I was coming from far. I was told yes come on in. I did only to be told once I got there that there was no work avail but they was expecting some in the very near future. Now FF the other day someone I know was conta Ted about a flagger position they applied for, was told to come by on Monday morn. Since I have my cert they told me to give them a call but that the position is NOT in Roanoke as it mentions on indeed. So I called to verify the Info was correct I asked one quick question and I asked nicely of course. I asked do you have local glagger positions in Roanoke? I was asked my name, who referred me … I just wanted one answer, which I still didn’t get she rudely cont and said we get jobs in Roanoke Salem Lynchburg all over. To let you all know People Ready has the same flagger jobs and the people there are friendlier and 95% of the stuff is done online. Then they put you to work they also offer daily pay. For less of the negative vibes from whatever type of female working at Laborfinders and to get put to work fast I would suggest PeopleReady. Plus I think Laborfinders prob don’t really have work but collect apps for hopes of them getting work. Because they never seemed to have anything but that flagger job when I was calling a couple years ago just to ask if the had any warehouse work. Take my advice if a Companies Frontline has poor customer service skills trust me the rest of the Office is the same. I’ve learned this in life dealing with Agencies.Lingo has really nice people also Express as well. Good luck
