Been a tenant of an Alexanderson for 3 years.
Alexanderson properties does not have a working website, and they are generally hard to get ahold of. When my roommate moved out he emailed them to notify them (cc’ing me) and we heard nothing back.
Today I’m dealing with a total water shutoff I was never notified of, and I’m struggling to get a response.
Update: I was told he would send someone the next day. I emailed back pointing out that this was urgent—and none of my roommate or I could shower and we had a turd sitting in our toilet. Still waiting on a response.
In general these are very hands off property managers. They do “like” my Venmo payments, but beyond that communication is minimal.

I have worked with Alexanderson Properties for over a year. I love that they are a family run business. Christian and Eric listen to the clients and help us get the best possible result. Christian has helped me prepare to put my condominium in San Mateo, CA on the market for rent.They are professional and are doing a phenomenal job managing my property.

I used Alexanderson Property Management to rent my condominium when I was reloacted to New York for a job. They managed the property for two years and did an absolute stellar job of managing the tenants, keeping them happy and keeping the property in top notch shape. Many thanks guys!
