THEY Called me for a job interview that starts at $25 /hr. They said it would be no problem. I just stopped working a temp Job canvassing that pays $25/hr where I worked More hours than ANYONE else in Montana. He decided he wanted to treat me like I’m less than human and offer me less than what he has advertised for everyone else because of my Mexican last name and having “worked a lot of Jobs.” My construction supervision certification more than qualifies me for the position. Because I have experience they want to pay me less? I was born and raised in Billings Montana. You can take the racism and stick it where the sun doesn’t shine
