I would rate them a 0 if I could! They haven’t reported anyone’s taxes to the IRS, and a huge number of people are still waiting for their tax returns from years ago. I worked with them in 2023 and still haven’t received my taxes back. The IRS confirmed that Arrow never reported our W2s. They are literally playing with people’s lives. I’m sure this has had a tremendous impact on many people, and they have yet to do anything about it. If you call, they never answer; if you go in person, no one is available to help. What are we supposed to do? They have wiped out almost half their employees and their information. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, UNPREPARED, AND DISHONEST. I do not recommend this company. EVER!

They fire people for no reason! They tell you to read everything Verbatim but then you are doing surveys without verifying the person‘s phone number name, which is basically their dishonesty which basically makes them hypocrites. Your money will be short. They will say because you spent too much time going to the restroom or whatever so you’re basically working knowing you’re getting your money cheated They can never keep people because the job is so bad and then when you do get to a certain point, they will fire you. It’s just a constant in and out people with no stability. I would never recommend anybody to work here and that is specifically for KGS Research, not Arrow Workforce

If I could gave them a zero I would I worked for them and they been giving me the runaround about my money! I still haven’t received my money from them! I called the lady Brenda and she told me that my card was blocked and she was going to find out and call me back and she didn’t! This company is full of bull!! I did work for the one in Las Vegas, Nevada
