Program isn’t as advertised and very unprofessional. When questioned, instructor makes personal attacks on students, very sad. Clinical training is supposed to be part of the curriculum as you would expect being that this is the medical field but cancelled at the last minute due to “availability” and not rescheduled, and they are certifying medical professionals? Without prior experience in the medical field, you will be lost – I witnessed it with others first hand, without any care by the instructor whatsoever. To be honest, YouTube provides you with more educational training than this program (and it’s free!). Save your time and money and look at alternative schools – anything is better than A&O.

For me I just needed a refresher course. The staff wasn’t really qualified to really teach these courses I felt. But the administrator or the owner was a good instructor. But, if you had a issue with anyone the professionalism went out the door. I felt that she had a attitude with you if you mentioned it. CNA was a good course for someone like me because the administrator or you can say. The owner taught this class. But the phlebotomy, unless you had prior experience before you came. It was a waste of time. The Phlebotomy instructor wasn’t qualified or professional. She act like she was straight off the street.. she used vulgar language and was very unprofessional. I think it’s ok if you only need a refresher course. It was very fast paced. You really got but two opportunities to stick . They pretend they can help you get jobs but they don’t. I only heard from them one time 6 months later. I know they wanted to credit my job opportunity to them. I was one the student that excelled there. Every time I ask her about her list for jobs. I was brushed off . I did make sure I was covered and had a job lined up making more then they expected and good benefits. Glory goes to God.

The teachers focus more on mess than actually teaching the students. I wasn’t prepared at all for the state examination. It’s not worth your money going here.
